How many support issues do you get in the typical week?

Usually we see less than 9 or 10 issues per week. This is a result of us selecting the absolute best server configurations as well as network centers for our sites. Of those support requests, 80% typically are issues where a client filled up their disk space or installed something improperly and needs help straightening things out. |
